Jess: The massive space is because I'm lazzy and didnt check it out before i posted it, it's fixed now.
Yes i like that one too i think I've seen it.
Jayne: Paint Shop? Nevr heard of it. I have however made close to 300 badges using microsoft paint, microsoft word and obviously a badge maker. I made them for "Rainbow Day" at Northcote High.
But yeah certainly you could make badges with the. They'd also be cool on T-shirts.
I'm so silly.... I thought it was a spelling mistake but no rites is also a word! (as opposed to rights) yes yes yes laugh at the one who cannot spell (at least it's better than nat not being able to spell.... "oh a pun and I thought I was lame")
hahah!
sorry, i def did not add anything to this conversation.
kath you've seen it, cause it was on my school bag!
and it doesnt really matter, because as long as your first and last letters are right (and ur middle ones are mixed up but all there) the human brain can generally work out the word.....
You can comment on my blog easily: Just don't 'sign in' on Blogger and type in your name under the box marked 'Name/URL'. You can do the same on Kath's blog (only after I tweaked it for her a bit).
Yes I always struggled with Reubens blog too Jess, i had to create an acount just to comment on it, even with all his options I found they never worked. However I dont know how to work my DVD play, so this may not be a flaw of his blog.
I've just sent out an Email to you and the Gilbernator about the yr7 stuff and I've also designed a poster and one of those computer message thing that comes up on the school computer screens to advertise the next Q+A meeting.
I'm a year 12 student at Northcote High. I'm a political queer and a socialist. I aim to oppose oppression, wherever I see it. Recently I have been noticing increasing amount of sexism and queer-phobia, hence this blog. That is not to say it has been occurring more frequently this time, but that I have become more and more aware of it recently.
Generally I'm not a fan of identity politics, hence the use of the umbrella term 'queer' rather than a specific sexuality or gender identity. The use of the term queer is itself an unfortunately necessary reflective of a degree of identity politics.
You do not have to be queer to comment on this blog, though if you are queer-phobic you can be assured that your comments will not be received pleasantly.
What does ‘Queer’ mean?
Queer is a term used in a number of different ways; as an ‘umbrella’ term for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, genderqueer and other non-heterosexual identities. It is also used as a way of reclaiming and co-opting a once negative term; to remove queer as a term of abuse. The term Queer also alludes to a fluidity of gender and sexuality and a rejection of socially imposed categories.

why is there a massive space after the last pic?
(not dissing the blog post, just saying)
btw cool badges, this one is also cool "Born gay follow the ray, Born straight refuse to hate" (and it's got a rainbow on it!)
xxxx
They're not bad but with a little time and Paint Shop you can make some for Aussie GLBT issues and watermark them as your own ;)

Officeworks sells some great iron-on paper to print on from the 'puter ;)
Did you do your formal last night, too?
"Support Homosexual Rites": I'd buy a hundred of those.
Looking damn fine, Kath.

The massive space is because I'm lazzy
No. You just can't spell.
And...what is it with the repugs and their log cabins?
Oh, and Dick Cheney's daughter is a lesbian, ironically. I wonder how they interact.
it's only mild dyselxia.....

Reuben you can no longer criticise kaths blog. I don't have the foggiest how to comment on yours!!!!!!!!!!
Jess,
I'm not criticising Kath; I'm just being a ponce.

Is your DVD player steam powered Jess? I've always wanted a steam-powered DVD player.

It sounds like Focus on the Family are using their collective braincell to spread hate.
